Youtube Videos - Faces with Crayons

I finally found the video I was looking for, the one showing a face done with the neocolor crayons. I'm not sure if I have enough colors in my little tin to make it work, but I think I'll give it a try. Thought you may like to watch the videos too.

It's SO true, breathing can really help to calm you down. It's the first thing I do when I start to feel that old anxiety choking me.....just slow down, breathe and keep focusing on the breath. I've noticed that I don't get upset over the little things too much anymore either, now that I've gotten into the habit of just focusing on my breath and staying in the moment. 

I think I've posted this video before-but I enjoy watching it so here it is again!

New Moleskine Sketchbook (Art Journal)!

The moleskine I was using as my art journal was full-yeah!! (though there's pages that I want to add to and maybe do over someday) Just got the new one I ordered in the mail today. I started on the first page(s) but had to quit because company stopped by. Hopefully I'll have time to get to it tomorrow!!

I hope everyone is having a good weekend?! We're getting ready to go to a picnic, though I could really go back to sleep......Thursday we went to Kings Island and I rode some crazy roller coasters! I can tell I'm getting old though, the next day I stayed in bed all day, I was so sore from walking around all day. It was fun though, and the first time I've been out to do anything all summer. The time in the sun made me feel good too, so I think I'm getting re-energized to start on my canvas again tomorrow-yeah;)

Question

Hello:) I haven't posted in awhile, hope everyone is doing well. (I haven't even been on the computer much at all....I'm feeling better, but busy reading when I'm not at work it seems, plus still working on that vision board) I bought a small (15) set of caran d'ache water soluble crayons, and it seems I saw a video on someone's blog not too long ago, or maybe just a blog post, on doing a portrait using these crayons. Now I can't remember where it was. If anyone knows what I'm talking about (or has a link that is similiar) I would so appreciate it!! I'm going to search for it some more this evening, but right now, I'm going to go play with the crayons in my sketchbook-
